We are a dedicated team of education business professionals, with over 17 years of combined experience in Early Childhood Education in South Florida, who have partnered with The Learning Nest, a respected family-owned network of preschools and elementary schools in the region. United by our passion for nurturing young minds and making a positive impact, we strive to expand our preschool network with a shared vision of fostering creativity, curiosity, and inclusivity. We are passionately dedicated to this mission.
We are firmly dedicated to acquiring and running existing preschools, as well as establishing new ones in South Florida. This commitment extends to preserving and carrying on the legacies of those who choose to partner with us, ensuring their vision and hard work continue to flourish. Call or visit to get to know each other and to learn about you and your school.

Offer
We will provide an offer in the form of an LOI, crafted based on the information you have shared. We will be transparent and strive for full alignment with you.

Closing
We will work together with you to finalize and execute purchase agreement, with the goal of ensuring clarity, accuracy, and mutual understanding throughout the process.

Preliminary Analysis
We'll sign a non-disclosure agreement to ensure confidentiality and we will ask for some key information to assess if your school would be a good fit for us.

Due Diligence
We will do a deeper dive into your school from an operational, financial, and legal standpoint to validate assumptions made in our offer.

Transition
We will work hand in hand with you to plan and execute an effective transition plan to make sure we can operate without interruption and carry on your legacy.
